Eye Pad Punching Machine

Machine do automatic combine multi layers of material,  punching and making output with counting function.

It can work for different materials, eg: gauze + cotton eye pad or non-woven + cotton eye pad.

The material unwinding by conveyor, avoid cotton roll been fracture.

After 3 Layers of material been combined, it is been feeding into the punching process, tension controlled by servo motor, PLC program and touch screen with high precision.

Flat plate type of punching cutter is easier to change different shape of cutting with lower production cost.

Double output tracks with touch screen operation mold, user can easily access  the production data and accurate adjust the parameter.
